First day of the green pass on the buses, departure without jolts

But many young people do not have green certification and prefer to go by car: increased traffic on the roads

BELLUNO. The start of the obligation of the Green pass, today Monday 6 December, also for the use of public transport was quite soft. In fact, most of the children are already green certified after being vaccinated against Covid. “We find it right to ask for the Green pass because this helps to reduce infections”, say many students, standing in the square in front of the Belluno train station waiting to get on.

The staff identified by Dolomitibus to carry out the checks scans the documents presented by the students. “Everything has gone well for now”, they say from the company, explaining however that even if they find someone who does not have a Green pass, they will not be able to prevent them from getting on the vehicle.

But there are also those who have decided not to take public transport anymore, but to be accompanied to school by their parents. And also those who promise to go for the vaccine the same day to be able to take the bus back to school.

But what arouses concern among the boys is the crowd that is created within public transport. “We are part of the itinerary to go home on our feet and not everyone keeps the mask worn correctly,” say some of the boys.
