According to the villagers of Luohan Village, Zhang Mouhong, who is more than 50 years old this year, has been the village team leader before, responsible for flood control. The Caidian District News Center reported publicly that in July 2020, Zhang Mouhong served as the party branch secretary of the village.

A resident in Caidian City said that after the suspect drove the woman to death, he ran into a panic all the way, and rammed the car in front of a cake shop. When he found a small car waiting for work at the opposite intersection, he ran forward and ran away.
The clerk of the cake shop said that the car in the accident broke three stone piers on the side of the road, and then hit the outside air-conditioning unit of the shop. A number of operating vehicle drivers in Caidian District stated that after the accident vehicle hit the air-conditioning unit, the suspect got out of the vehicle, stopped a passing operating vehicle, and killed the male driver of the operating vehicle and escaped.
The drivers said that the victim was Yang, who was in his 30s. He went to work during the day and sports cars at night. He often introduced work to other drivers.
The report also stated that the insider said that the suspect was about 39 years old this year and suspected of committing suicide by jumping off the river while robbing a car to escape. Local villagers said that they had never heard of or knew the suspect.
