Food in poor condition and meat out of the freezer, the owner of a restaurant in Udine denounced

UDINE. Carabinieri del Nas at work last weekend in a restaurant bar in Udine where, at the end of the check, food was found (about ten kilos in all, in particular meat) in poor condition.

They had been frozen without the use of the blast chiller and had a lot of ice. The owner was sued for possession of food in a poor state of conservation.
