Former policewoman disappeared during a walk, her daughters investigated for murder

by admin

Traces of her were lost in Temù (a town in the province of Brescia, in Valcamonica) on 8 May when after a walk in the mountains she never returned home. Now for the death of Laura Ziliani, a 55-year-old former security guard and now a municipal employee in a town in the hinterland of Brescia, there is a sensational twist. Two of the woman’s three daughters, widowed after the disappearance of her husband hit by an avalanche in 2012, were entered in the register of suspects on the charge of murder. The home in Temù of one of them where Laura Ziliani used to make a base when she reached the mountain for walks also ended up under seizure. In the next few days the house could be sifted through by the police of the Scientific and Ris in search of useful elements to understand what may have been the end of the former security guard. To bring the investigators to register the two daughters (the eldest and the youngest) in the register of suspects there would have been some contradictions in their stories when, even in recent days, they were heard by the carabinieri. At the moment there is no trace of Laura Ziliani’s body despite the massive deployment of forces put in place for research. Fifteen days after she disappeared near a stream, researchers had recovered a mountain shoe that the family had said belonged to the 55 year old. Now the twist that transforms the disappearance into a story with outlines still to be outlined.
