According to Hubei media reports, on the afternoon of August 24, the Standing Committee of the Hubei Provincial People’s Congress held a meeting. Liang Weinian, deputy secretary and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, and Ma Guoqiang, a member of the Party group, attended the meeting.
The above report shows that Ma Guoqiang, former deputy secretary of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee and former secretary of the Wuhan Municipal Party Committee, has served as a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Standing Committee of the Hubei Provincial People’s Congress.

The four senior officials mentioned above have all been transferred to idle positions, which may mean that they have all “soft landing”.
