Four people arrested for defrauding maternity allowance of 7.19 million yuan
Zhongxin Finance, February 11. On the 11th, the “Shenzhen Medical Insurance” WeChat public account exposed 6 typical cases of defrauding maternity allowances, of which 1 case involved an amount of up to 7.19 million yuan.
According to the exposure information, in June 2021, the Shenzhen Municipal Medical Security Bureau investigated and found that from June 2017 to May 2021, Zhang Mouxia, Zhang Mouliang, Zhang Mouhui and others were suspected of establishing or controlling Shenzhen Zhenge by establishing or controlling them. Design Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Xianglong Design Co., Ltd., and Zhizhi (Shenzhen) Design Co., Ltd. and other 38 enterprises fabricated labor relations and fraudulently obtained 7.19 million yuan in maternity allowances.
According to the “Social Insurance Law of the People’s Republic of China” and other regulations, the case was transferred to the public security organ for criminal investigation. At present, 8 suspects have been arrested. After review and approval by the procuratorate, 4 were arrested and 4 were changed to other compulsory measures.
