Andrea Nocentini: “Complete cycle in Panama but no green certificate”

He has lived and worked in Panama for many years and was vaccinated there between May and June with a double dose of AstraZeneca along with his entire family. Andrea Nocentini, 57, even managed, almost in real time (three days later) to have the vaccination recorded by the Veneto Local Health Unit 6 but now that he is back in Italy to spend the holidays with his 89-year-old father, he is desperately trying to get the Green Pass to be able to move freely in Italy.
