In detention, “the people of Ruili have been tortured to collapse in terms of materials and psychology.”

The sister of Ruili City resident Cui Yingzi (pseudonym) is a teacher at a middle school next door to Ruili, and it takes less than 20 minutes to drive on the highway. Because of the epidemic, she has been unable to go home since the beginning of school at the end of August; his brother-in-law is a civil servant and has been on the sidelines for more than a year.

Cui Yingzi told the Epoch Times reporter on October 28, “Now it’s not just the collapse of the common people, the collapse of no income, the collapse of public officials, and they feel that they are doing useless work. This is also what a friend of civil servants told me, everyone is very good. Desperate, depressed, suffering to survive.”

“Their (sister’s) child is less than 2 years old, and parents can’t go home. My niece has done nearly 50 nucleic acid tests. For such a small child. Now the government is making money for epidemic prevention, and they have jobs. “Who dares to say anything? Which one is not afraid, the staff below (government) hold chicken feathers as an arrow, just like this to fool the common people.”

Lin Quan said, “During the live broadcast of the central government’s live broadcast network, the screens were blown up and the broadcast stopped. Ruili closed the city for more than a month, someone jumped off the building to commit suicide due to poor work

A few days ago, it was reported on the Internet that someone jumped to death at the isolation hotel in Ruili at night.

According to a report from the Ruili Rong Media Center on October 28, at 4 a.m. on October 26, a man surnamed Yi Jin jumped from the 4th floor of a hot spring hotel and committed suicide. After being sent to the hospital, his vital signs are currently stable. However, the report stated that the hotel was not a quarantine hotel and the man was not a quarantined person, saying that the man chose to commit suicide because of his introverted personality and unsatisfactory work.

A mainland netizen “@火烧云夫人女” said, “The whole city is closed for half a year, and the hot search is not available. Hundreds of thousands of people can’t live without the hot search. Forcibly isolated, the hot search cannot be accessed. It’s a hot search to refute the rumor. Okay, then let’s Talk about why the work is not going well? Because the locals have no work to do!”

Lin Quan said that he did jump off the building. He was in his twenties, the hotel reported on the Internet. He jumped from the fifth floor and hung on the tree without falling to his death. At 4 o’clock in the morning, his family cried so much that the whole building and neighbors were shocked.

Lin Quan said that the cause of suicide is not clear, but there are many factors. Including the people in Ruili have experienced so many, everyone’s mental state, no matter what the situation, will be very melancholy.

“There is no income. If you have a mortgage or car loan, there is absolutely only one dead end, that is, waiting for death.” Cheng Hao said that this (jumping) is true. There have been several jumps, but there is no report.

Two Ruili secretaries were replaced and the deputy mayor issued a “complaint”

Recently, after the topic of “Ruili Epidemic” has attracted public attention, on October 26, Ruili City held a press conference to announce the latest “Reliance Policy”.

According to the report, the policy of leaving Switzerland is divided into “three zones” according to the risk of the epidemic. All personnel in the prevention zone (green zone) who apply for leaving Switzerland for non-sickness, bereavement, or business reasons must be quarantined for 7 days at their own expense; ( Yellow area) personnel must be quarantined at their own expense for 14 days; areas determined to be at risk of infection must be quarantined for 14 days; close contacts who are determined to be infected must be quarantined for 21 days.

Lin Quan said that the outside media could not enter and the media were afraid to report. News in Ruili City was blocked by the propaganda department. At the current government briefing, the officials are covering up the facts, and they are also going through the scene, including the governor who swears for ten days and is also doing a show.

Since the first round of the epidemic broke out on March 29 this year, Ruili City has changed two secretaries.

On April 8, Gong Yunzun, a member of the Standing Committee of the Dehong Prefecture Party Committee of Yunnan Province and the Secretary of the Ruili Municipal Party Committee, was dismissed from his post and filed for investigation after being accused of “defeating responsibility in the prevention and control of the epidemic”. Zhai Yulong served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Dehong Prefectural Party Committee and Secretary of the Ruili Municipal Party Committee; on September 2, Ruili officially announced that Mao Xiao would take over as the Secretary of the Ruili Municipal Party Committee.

Cheng Hao, the owner of Ruili Barbershop, said helplessly that he could not see when the epidemic would end. The people now feel that the government is messy and has no clue.

Qiu Wen, the founder of a model school in Ruili, told the “Chinese Philanthropist”: “This epidemic has turned me from a rich woman to a negative woman.” Under the blow of successive lockdowns, many people chose to leave Ruili, and Qiu Wen wanted to face each other. The pressure on students to request refunds was that rents did not fall but rose instead, which caused Qiu Wen to be exhausted.

The person in charge of the Propaganda Department of the Ruili Municipal Party Committee denied to Lu Media that the local area had been “closed” for a long time. He said, “It is not a completely closed state, but a strict management period.” An official revealed that the local permanent population is 200,000.

However, Ruili Deputy Mayor Dai Rongli posted a “complaint” on the WeChat public account on October 28, stating that the epidemic has been over and over again, squeezing the last trace of life in the city. And rounds of epidemic expenditures have overwhelmed the city.

According to the article, Ruili needs strong military support from the country to allow local civil servants to breathe. The long-term closure of the city has formed a deadlock in the development of the city, and it is very urgent to restore production and necessary operations.
