The region anticipates the super Green pass: clubs, cinemas, theaters, discos, stadiums, parties only for vaccinated and cured

UDINE. Friuli Venezia Giulia will be the only region in the yellow zone from Monday and will bring forward the application of the reinforced Green pass by one week.

As expected, our region will become a sort of laboratory to fine-tune the control machine that will be triggered, as in the rest of Italy, on 6 December.

From this date, also in Friuli Venezia Gulia the obligation of the basic Green pass will be extended, the one obtained with the negative buffer, on public transport, in the changing rooms of sports facilities and in hotels. These measures will not be anticipated with the passage in yellow.

The passage to the yellow zone was decided by the control room set up by the Ministry of Health and the Higher Institute of Health after analyzing the monitoring in the week from 15 to 21 November and the occupancy rate of beds in intensive care and in the area medical surveyed last Thursday: the percentages respectively stood at 16 and 19.5%.

The incidence of new cases per 100 thousand inhabitants is equal to 364.4 when the limit is 50. In terms of contagion index, only the Autonomous Province of Bolzano is worse than us, which for a whisker remained in the white zone.

Compared to a week ago, the overall risk classification in Friuli Venezia Giulia is moderate with no likelihood of progression. The only high-risk region is Veneto. Also at the national level, the number of infected not associated with transmission chains is increasing: in the region there are 2,791 untracked cases.

The transition to the yellow zone arrives exactly one week after the debut of the reinforced Green pass and this would have involved, for the Friulians, adopting the old limitations of the yellow zone with relative reductions in capacity for cinemas, theaters and discos, to return to current levels only seven days later. People wouldn’t understand anything anymore.

The conditional is a must because the president of the Region and of the Conference of Regions, Massimiliano Fedriga, precisely to avoid the inevitable confusion, requested and obtained by the Government to bring forward by one week the adoption of the reinforced Green pass that allows vaccinated people. and those recovered from Covid to access activities that otherwise, in the yellow zone, would be subject to restrictions in the areas of entertainment (cinemas and theaters), sporting events (stadiums), indoor catering (bars and restaurants), parties and discos and at public ceremonies.

In all these areas, access is forbidden to non-vaccinated persons and holders of a basic Green pass obtained with a negative swab. The Government has accepted Fedriga’s proposal and, barring last-minute inconveniences, today the minister, Roberto Speranza, will summarize in the order.
From Monday therefore, despite being in the yellow zone, the Friulians vaccinated and cured of Covid will continue to do what they are doing now with the only exception that they will have to wear a mask even outdoors.

Stadiums, discos, cinemas and theaters will continue to maintain the capacity of the white zone, reserving access only to holders of a reinforced Green pass.

In the absence of the yellow zone restrictions, even restaurateurs will be able to do without organizing tables of four in the case of dinners with people not related by kinship ties.
The reinforced Green pass, which will come into force on Monday, will be followed by the extension of the basic Green pass to means of transport, hotels and sports changing rooms on 6 December.

In the yellow zone to access these places it will be necessary to show the Green pass obtained with a negative pad.
