The Council of State confirmed the two sentences of the Veneto TAR, the final award being closer to Italgas

BELLUNO. From an administrative point of view, the story of the gas tender is approaching closure. The Council of State, with a sentence published on Tuesday, definitively rejected the appeal of the 42 Belluno municipalities that had opposed the tender procedure and therefore the assignment to Italgas.
