BELLUNO. In July 2021, the sacrifices of a lifetime ended up buried under a mountain of mud. The Eiscafè Abruzzo ice cream shop owned by the Burigo family has heavily paid the bill for the environmental disaster that hit Germany last summer. A dramatic flood, which destroyed entire villages.

The damage to the historic building in which the ice cream parlor was located was too serious, and at the end of July the building was demolished.
