CONEGLIANO. He illegally exercised the profession of real estate agent so much that he secured commissions for over 30,000 euros. But the men of the Treviso Finance Police tracked him down and heavily fined him. It was also reported to the Chamber of Commerce for the initiation of the restitution of commissions to customers. The protagonist of the story was a 68-year-old Coneglianese who acted in the name and on behalf of the owner of a real estate agency.
THE INVESTIGATION
The discovery of the men of the Yellow Flames was made in recent days, as part of a monitoring operation of the property sales sector. During the checks, the military discovered the 68-year-old who was illegally operating as a real estate broker, in the absence of the requisites of culture and competence provided for by the law.
The investigations, carried out by the financiers of the Treviso economic-financial police unit, made it possible to ascertain that the alleged “agent”, who operated within a real estate agency in Conegliano, had concluded various sales operations, acting in the name and on behalf of the owner of the agency, who was however the only one in possession of a regular authorization to carry out the profession, and thus securing commissions for about 33,000 euros. At the end of the inspection activities, against the abusive real estate agent an administrative sanction was contested for an amount ranging from 7,500 to 15,000 euros.
