Great photography at Villa Margherita to treat beauty

The exhibition of over 80 shots was inaugurated in Treviso in the cedar wood. The proceeds from the collateral initiatives will go to Advar

TREVISO. «Art knows how to lighten the soul and take care of the other, as we do with the sick and their families». He was happy Anna Mancini Rizzotti, president of Advar, inaugurating the solidarity exhibition on Saturday 19 June in the Talking Trees Park in Treviso “21 Twenty-one”, or 21 professional photographers that in over 80 images they tell a fragment of life, inside and outside the pandemic.

To organize this traveling event the Welcome in Passione Foto group, founded by Tiziana Ruggiero who brought together over 7,000 artists from all over the world for artistic and beneficial purposes who have exhibited in Bari, Bangkok, Marseille, Dublin and Brussels.

In the Treviso selection, two “branded” photographers ieo Alfio Adriano Dal Poz and Fabio Fuser authors of intense tributes to nature, to the river Sile, to the woods in which, despite everything, life is reborn.

And there were also them, the hosts, Sergio and Franesco Manfio of the Some group: they decided to make space and energy available in a project in which they perceive harmony: «The concept of care is a common thread running through all our work» explains Francesco Manfio.

The inauguration was in music, in the typical Advar style with the young composer Matteo Sarcinelli and the cellist Alessandra Cacciotta.

The photos can be admired in Cedraia until June 27th with free admission from Tuesday to Friday 9.30-12. 30 and 14. 30-18; Saturday 10-13 and 14-18. 30, Sunday 10-18.45. Inside a Selfie Box to portray smiles without a mask and create a joyful mosaic.

There will also be Workshops and Portfolio Readings by experts including the art critic Giancarlo Torresan, the teacher and historian of photography Gianni Iovacchini, photographer Francesco Fontana, painter-photographer Gianluca Moretto. The proceeds of all the initiatives will be donated to the association that supports sick people with home care and in the Hospice.

Tiziana Ruggiero dedicates the exhibition to the volunteers as follows: “If you want, close your eyes and open your heart. You will find the invisible, made up of emotions, beauty, solidarity. You will find Sisters and Brothers to whom you can give hope, you will find a reason to feel Human ”. –
