Green pass and vaccines, Savt: common sense and responsibility to avoid new closures

by admin

The Confederal Board invites you to “continue along the path of information and awareness on the vaccination campaign”

The Confederal Board of Savt underlines the need to “implement all actions, including common sense and responsibility in the daily behavior of each of us, aimed at avoiding a new closure of commercial and productive activities”. This is stated in a note from the union about Covid-19 green certification and vaccinations.

A possible new lockdown would be a “devastating scenario in particular for the Aosta Valley given its particular socio-economic fabric”.

The union intervenes on the data released by the Istituto Superiore della Sanità “which shows that from 1 February to 21 July 2021, 99% of the deaths linked to Covid-19 had not completed the vaccination cycle. This data, which will certainly have to be monitored over time to assess whether the trend is confirmed, seems to demonstrate how the vaccine is an effective weapon in the fight against the pandemic ”.

“In respect of everyone’s sensitivity – concludes Savt – and in the belief that it is necessary to continue research and development of treatments against the disease, which can among other things give an answer to those people who have legitimately decided and will decide not to get vaccinated “, the Confederal Board of Savt” believes that it is important to continue in the path of information and awareness on the vaccination campaign. The goal must be to ensure that everyone can return to live in freedom and without restrictions ».
