The change could take place on the occasion of the conversion in the Chamber to the Chamber of the decree of 6 August: the executive should present – according to government sources – an amendment for the extension of the green certificate.
Towards the green light of the CTS for the extension of the green pass

The discussion will then pass to the Senate where it is expected to end by mid-September. In line with the times – it was underlined – of a decision on the third dose by the regulatory bodies.
Tar: ok law decree personal obligation school
Meanwhile, the Lazio TAR has rejected the request for urgent precautionary suspension (with a preliminary hypothesis of “clear inadmissibility” of the appeal) of the decree law with which on 6 August it was established that all school and university staff must possess and will be required to exhibit green Covid-19 certification. Same thing for the provision according to which failure to comply with this obligation will be considered unjustified absence and, starting from the fifth day of absence, the employment relationship will be suspended.
