(ANSA) – ROME, JUL 15 – Vladimir Putin personally authorized a secret operation by his spy agencies to support a “mentally unstable” Donald Trump in the 2016 US presidential elections: the Guardian writes exclusively. At the base of these revelations, the newspaper cites documents that are believed to have been leaked by the Kremlin itself and that the Guardian had examined by independent experts to verify their authenticity.
Putin’s green light came in a session of the National Security Council held on January 22, 2016: in addition to the president, all the heads of services and senior ministers were present. (HANDLE).
