In order to further implement the “comprehensive investigation once” work, standardize the source management of key freight industries, prevent and reduce road traffic accidents, and ensure the safety of people’s lives and property and economic and social development. Recently, the Haiyan County Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau, together with the County Transportation Bureau and the County Traffic Police Brigade, formed a joint inspection team to conduct joint law enforcement inspections on more than 20 key freight source companies in Cheng, Baibu, Shendang, and Economic Development Zones.

The joint law enforcement is mainly to check whether the freight source companies have fulfilled the main responsibility of legal loading, driver education and training, vehicle management, entry and exit registration of trucks (stations), weighing checklists, and safety production. A total of more than 20 issues have been investigated and dealt with, such as “not strictly implemented, no overloading, no data on the weighbridge,” etc. All of them have been rectified. At the same time, law enforcement officials require relevant business owners to further improve their ideological understanding, clarify work responsibilities, strengthen the management of drivers and vehicles, load goods in strict accordance with laws and regulations, control the entry and exit of non-compliant freight vehicles (stations), and further improve the enterprise Internal loading management work system and accountability system.
