Fabio Segato, the forty-three-year-old resident of Portogruaro, who, last week, on March 4, shortly after 8 in the morning, was involved in a serious road accident in San Daniele died Friday evening at the hospital in Udine along the regional road 463, at the intersection with via Valeriana, near the Coop supermarket.
The man, riding his motorcycle, was traveling the regional road. At one point, for reasons to be ascertained, he collided with a car driven by a 91-year-old man living in the area. The impact had been particularly violent. The motorcyclist had been thrown to the ground with very serious injuries in various parts of the body. His condition immediately appeared desperate to the 118 health workers. The forty-three year old resident of Portogruaro had been rushed to the Santa Maria della Misericordia hospital in Udine, where he died. The family agreed to donate the organs.
