CAMPOFORMIDO. Two interventions, on the morning of Wednesday 6 October, which saw the involvement of the local police officers of Campoformido – Pozzuolo del Friuli.
The first accident occurred on the regional road 353 near Terenzano, at 7.50 am, where a Passat headed for Udine and an Iveco Daily from Terenzano collided head-on-side. The accident caused severe inconvenience to road traffic. The alternating one-way traffic set up by the local police lasted about an hour, until the vehicles involved were recovered.
The second accident, at about 12, occurred on the 676 regional road, not far from the Udine Sud tollbooth, where the driver of a HondaJazz headed towards the motorway tollbooth, lost control of the vehicle, impacting on the protective guardrail at roadside. In both cases there were no injuries, only damage to the vehicles.
