According to the unions’ complaint, the employees of the Central Friuli Healthcare Company suffer from it more and more often: they are less and less, increasingly under pressure in the departments that have to deal with the pandemic emergency. “Since the Covid emergency began, health professionals have been on the front line to tackle the epidemic, exposed not only to the risk of infection, but also to overload of work and emotional tension.
