Hexi District has severely cracked down on illegal and criminal activities in food safety by establishing food safety credit files. Relevant units carry out special law enforcement inspections and disclose credit information such as administrative penalties and administrative inspections within the specified time. In the first half of 2021, a total of 13,399 food production, sales and catering business entities were inspected, and 292 food cases were investigated and dealt with. At the same time, Hexi District has also implemented differentiated supervision to further promote the risk management of the catering industry, strengthen the credit management of catering enterprises, and comprehensively improve the quality and safety of catering in the jurisdiction. In the first half of 2021, the coverage rate of 5,361 catering service units in the region’s implementation of risk hierarchical management reached 97%, and the completion rate of daily supervision and inspection carried out according to risk level and supervision frequency reached 100%.
In response to the new situation, new problems and new requirements of food safety supervision during the epidemic prevention and control period, Hexi District will further strengthen the supervision and management of food safety in key places and key links, and implement detailed supervision work to ensure the health of the people.
