Hundreds of Colombians marched against Gustavo Petro

During this Sunday, April 21, a day of mobilizations against the policies of Gustavo Petro’s Government took place in Colombia and in some countries, where hundreds of people came out to march.

The nationwide protest was called ‘March of the White Coats’ promoted by opposition political parties, who managed to attract the support of various unions of society, the political sector, the health sector and transporters, who expressed disagreement with the current government decisions by the head of state.

Through social networks, it was announced that hundreds of Colombians took to the streets in different cities in the country and the world, to demonstrate against the Petro Government.

In this way, videos were known on social networks of citizens who participated. From the demonstration showing their disagreement with the decisions of the President of the Republic. In the images you can hear the screams of some of them saying “Political trial” and “Out with Petro.”

The main reasons for the protest are the crisis of the health system, the controversial proposal for a National Constituent Assembly and the management of public order in the country.

The rallies took place in cities in Colombia such as. Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Cartagena, Barranquilla, Santa Marta, Bucaramanga, Cúcuta, Ibagué, Manizales, Pasto, Pereira, Neiva, Tunja, Yopal, among others.
