The notice addressed to economic operators expires on 1 September
The Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta has published the market survey to prepare a study of infrastructural interventions for hydrogen mobility, as required by the law on rail transport approved last month by the Regional Council.
The procedure is aimed at those interested in preparing a technical and economic analysis of rail transport. The study will have to present “economic, environmental and integration checks between the various energy carriers, without prejudice to the already planned electrification interventions” of Aosta – Ivrea and will have to evaluate the costs and benefits of the use of hydrogen “as a further option with respect to those object of evaluation »for Aosta – Pré-Saint-Didier. The same study will also have to evaluate European programming, other research already available and consult RFI, the Ministry of Transport and the Piedmont Region and «any industrial operators in the sector».
The market investigation notice proposes an estimated fee of 18 thousand euros and a duration of 120 days. To communicate their interest, economic operators have time until 12 noon on 1 September.
