Il Sole 24 Ore: 45 million bond issue successfully issued

Il Sole 24 Ore Spa today successfully issued an unsecured and non-convertible bond loan for a principal amount of 45 million euros and a duration of 7 years, intended exclusively for qualified investors and issued in exemption from the regulations on public offer provided for by Regulation (EU) 2017/1129. This was announced by a press release from the company.

The bonds were issued in execution of the subscription contract concluded, on 23 July 2021, between Il Sole 24 Ore Spa, Goldman Sachs International, Mps Capital Services and Banca Popolare di Sondrio, the subject of the press release published on the same date. Il Sole 24 Ore Spa also announces that today it has fully repaid the debt relating to the loan agreement with a pool of banks, which is the subject of the press release published on 21 July 2020. The Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton law firm and the law firm Tombari d’Angelo e Associati assisted Il Sole 24 Ore Spa while the law firm Simmons & Simmons assisted the Joint Bookrunners and the Co-Manager. Bgb Weston acted as financial advisor to Il Sole 24 Ore Spa.
