In response to the severe and complex epidemic situation in Putian City, Fujian Province and other places with spillover risks, the Zhejiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention issued an urgent reminder:
Persons from areas with a high risk of the domestic epidemic should temporarily postpone their return to Zhejiang. If they have already returned to Zhejiang, implement the “14+7” health management measures, that is, implement a 14-day intensive quarantine medical observation. Those who have a negative nucleic acid test after the quarantine period will continue. Implement 7-day home health observation. For those returning to Zhejiang from Xianyou County, Putian City, Fujian Province and Ruili City, Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province, refer to the implementation of “14+7” health management measures.
The “2+14” health management measures were implemented for people returning to Zhejiang from Putian City of Fujian Province (except Xianyou County) and Quangang District of Quanzhou City (except Jieshan Town). That is to verify the negative nucleic acid test within 2 days (48 hours), and implement daily health monitoring for 14 days.
Since August 26th, people who have lived in Putian City of Fujian Province, Quangang District of Quanzhou City, Tong’an District of Xiamen City, and Siming District who have come to Zhejiang and returned to Zhejiang, find that their health code is red or yellow, the first time Report to the unit, residence community (village) or accommodation hotel, and actively cooperate with the acceptance of centralized isolation, home medical observation, daily health monitoring, nucleic acid testing and other prevention and control measures as required. For those returning from other parts of Fujian Province to Zhejiang, it is advisable to take the initiative to carry out a nucleic acid test upon arrival.
