In Istrana the change of commander of the 132nd Group, with the overflight of Amx and F2000

The 132nd Gruppo Volo Buscaglia celebrated its 80th anniversary, and saw the handover between commanders.

ISTRANA. The formal ceremony for the passage of command of the 132nd Flight Group “Buscaglia” which this year marks the 80th anniversary of its constitution.

The ceremony, presided over by pilot colonel Nadir Ruzzon, commander of the 51st Wing, it saw the participation of the men and women of the unit, as well as military and civilian guests and authorities.

The outgoing commander, after reading the agenda, addressed the men and women of the 132nd Flight Group, thanking them “for the exceptional work done and for the professionalism and knowledge put in place on a daily basis that allowed, with a effective integration of the two aircraft supplied AM-X and F2000 – the 132nd is the only department of the armed force to be equipped with two aerotactic lines – to achieve all the objectives and tasks set ».

The incoming commander expressed his gratitude to Colonel Ruzzon and the hierarchical line of the armed force “for the confidence granted in entrusting him with the leadership of a glorious Flight Group which is the 132nd”. “Stand in front and lead by example” with these words he wanted to draw the “line” that will characterize the period of his command.
