The giant bench installed in recent days in Lago
The “big bench” has been installed in the hills, it can be reached after a one kilometer path that starts from the church in the hamlet of Lago
RETURN LAKE. The first “big bench” in the province of Treviso it was installed on the hill above the hamlet of Lago. It is part of the Big Bench Community Project promoted by the American designer Chris Bangle, and is the n.181 in the world. The second giant Venetian bench is located on Nevegal, in the province of Belluno.
It will be, to all intents and purposes, a tourist destination in the heart of the Unesco hills, and can be reached along a one kilometer dirt path that starts from the church square in Lago. Passports and stamps certifying the passage of hikers will be available at the tavern. At the Barique in via Marconi, at the B&B Millefiori and at the Livelet archaeological park.
The inauguration is scheduled for Saturday 23 October at 2.30pm.
