The police are carrying out a series of searches in several Italian cities against No Vax and No Green Pass. These are 17 measures against the most radical members of the Telegram channel “Enough Dictatorship”. Against them are hypothesized, for various reasons, the crimes of instigation to commit a crime with the aggravating circumstance of the use of telematic tools and instigation to disobey the laws.

Armi e piazzas No Vax, Forza Nuova’s plan to subvert the country

by Giuliano Foschini and Fabio Tonacci

A plan carried out by Roberto Fiore and Giuliano Castellino, now in the Poggioreale prison for the squad assault on the CGIL on 9 October last and on which they had been working for at least a year and a half. A strategy borrowed from the black terrorist cells of the past, certainly not unknown at the top of Forza Nuova: hiding behind apparently apolitical acronyms, infiltrating groups, fomenting them, finding the most agitated elements within them, the most extremist, willing to fight in the streets. And, as the dialogues on the Telegram chat “Free Humanity Movement” show to remedy a weapon, to have instructions on how to practice and on how to print a gun with a 3D printer.

The operation that led to the searches of 17 No Vax involved 16 cities including Ancona, Brescia, Cremona, Imperia, Milan, Pesaro Urbino, breaking latest news, Palermo, Pordenone, Rome, Salerno, Siena, Treviso, Trieste, Turin, Varese . It was carried out by the Turin police with the Postal Police and territorial Digos Departments, with the coordination of the Postal and Communications Police Service and by the Central Directorate of the Prevention Police.

The persquisitions were carried out against the most radical activists No Vax and No Green Pass and affiliated with the Telegram channel “Basta Dictatura”, which has become the web space of greatest reference in the galaxy of Covid-19 deniers. The channel had already been the subject of a judicial seizure order and the closure decision by the same company in consideration of the seriousness of the published content. “Basta Dictatura” in recent months had gathered tens of thousands of subscribers and had become the connecting node with all the main protest web spaces, gradually degraded into a persistent incitement to hatred and to the commission of serious crimes. The viral propagation of the messages has also caused considerable inconvenience in the management of public order and safety in the squares.
The suspects had participated in the chat by systematically instigating the use of weapons and carrying out serious illegal acts against the highest institutional offices, including the Prime Minister Draghi. Recurring targets were also the police, doctors, scientists, journalists and other public figures accused of “enslavement” and “collaboration” with the “dictatorship” in place. Constantly targeted with heavy insults even all that part of the population who, by vaccinating themselves and observing the rules of personal protection, has accepted to make themselves a “slave” of the state.

The investigations were conducted for several weeks by monitoring the Telegram channel 24 hours a day. Many of the searches were already known to the police both for having adhered to extremist positions and for previous crimes such as resistance to a public official, theft, robbery, extortion and drugs. Among the suspects, however, there are also uncensored subjects who have fallen into the spiral of online hatred.
The contents and tones were exasperated, with explicit references to “hangings”, “shootings”, “gambling”, as well as direct allusions to “new marches on Rome” and terrorism. Among those identified there are also subjects who had promoted motorway and railway blocks as well as activists who became protagonists of street attacks on the police forces employed for public order services. The responsibilities of the 17 suspects will be investigated by the Judicial Authority which has identified the types of offenses against them for incitement to commit a crime with the aggravating circumstance of the use of telematic tools) and incitement to disobey the laws.
