1. The responsible persons of the Ejina Banner Health Committee have not fulfilled their responsibilities for epidemic prevention and control.

3. The Civil Affairs Bureau of Ejina Banner has not implemented the epidemic prevention and control measures in place.
On October 22, 2021, the Qi Commission for Discipline Inspection conducted a supervision and inspection of the implementation of epidemic prevention and control work in all residential communities across the banner and found that the Qi Civil Affairs Bureau, a unit of Fengjing Jiayuan Baolian, did not pay enough attention to epidemic prevention and control work.
