Opened a dossier on compliance with the ministerial plan and on any ‘cunning’ of the vaccine
AOSTA. An investigation file was opened by the Aosta prosecutor on the application of the regional vaccination plan against Covid-19.
The prosecutor Francesco Pizzato is the owner of the file which for the moment refers to “facts not constituting a crime report”. The objective of the deputy prosecutor is to ascertain, through the investigations delegated to the Carabinieri anti-adulteration unit, that the vaccination program against Sars-CoV-2 in the Valle d’Aosta territory is in line with the ministerial indications and whether there have been irregularities.
In other regions, several cases have emerged of people who received the vaccine without being entitled to it on the basis of priorities defined by the national administration plan. The Nas will therefore have to check whether even in Valle d’Aosta there has been some “crafty” who has been vaccinated instead of people included in the categories most at risk and, therefore, with priority of administration.
