PERAROLO. The conditions of a 64-year-old Danish hiker who fell for about fifty meters from the path that runs along the stream in Val Montina are very serious.
The woman, who was with her husband and two other people, had reached the end of the path towards the confluence with the Piave, when she slipped on the edge of the gorge ending up between the water and the gravel. From the coordinates received from her husband, the Suem di Pieve di Cadore helicopter landed on the spot, which landed the medical and technical helicopter rescue team with a 75-meter winch and the Alpine Rescue teams of Pieve di Cadore and Centro Cadore, who abseiled from the path to support the operations.
