Le Ciucarole ‘dla Pauta, a solid group of girls who are part of the Devils team, once again this year, albeit only in virtual mode, took to the streets to stay close and support those most in need of help on Sunday 21 March, on the occasion of the day world for Down syndrome. Their goal is to help the Grama association (Group of Self Mutual Help) which has been committed for twenty-two years to support disabled children and their families in our area. The idea was to “Make a selfie in solidarity” with the intention of creating a video collage to be spread on the main social channels. The way to participate was very simple, it was enough to send the image taken to the group’s email address. Well, there were over seventy participants who, with their images, allowed the creation of the funny and hilarious video.

Among all the images received was chosen that of Federico Steffenina, who was awarded a voucher for a dinner in the company of the Ciucarole, in second place Alessia Verardi who was awarded a voucher for an aperitif. At the end of the initiative, the Ciucarole ‘dla Pauta wanted to thank all the people who supported them in the prestigious project, in particular their mother Veronica and her little Tommy as well as the Ugi association (Union of Italian parents against cancer of children) and all those who enthusiastically promoted the charity initiative.

“Also this year we have reached an important goal – they say – this can only spur us to continue organizing other initiatives”. The video collage is visible on the social Instagram le_ciucarole_dla_pauta, facebook ciucarole dla pauta. –
