IVREA. The history of the party night at the Atlantic disco in Avigliana is now written. It ends with two men on the ground in Torre Balfredo, dripping blood from their faces. But only one of the two tried to kill the other: it is Iulian Nistor Rusu, 31, defended up to the Court of Cassation by the lawyer Pio Coda. Rusu had stuck a screwdriver in his rival’s face, just piercing him under the left eye to the right maxillary sinus: from side to side, but without damaging vital organs.
