This is what emerges from the response that the Region sent, signed by Mario Raviolo, to Donato Malpede, majority municipal councilor on the Together for Ivrea list.

Malpede, together with a group of citizens, had raised the problem of the lack of a general practitioner in the San Giovanni district after the titular doctor retired on 16 October and, at the same time, as required by law, ceased the activity its substitute.
