Yesterday, the Jiashan County People’s Court Work Conference and the “Shared Court e-station” construction work promotion meeting was held. Li Zhongping, member of the party group and vice president of the Jiaxing Intermediate People’s Court, and Zhang Xifeng, deputy secretary of the county party committee and secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, attended the meeting.
Li Zhongping emphasized that it is necessary to uphold and improve the circuit trial system, go deep into villages (communities), enterprises, and tourist attractions to provide convenient judicial services for the grassroots; , Spear Adjustment Center, law firms, industry associations, etc. to achieve full coverage of “shared court e-stations”; to build a brand to grasp services, and actively integrate into the general pattern of grassroots social governance. Taking the “shared court e-station” as the starting point, vigorously promote the governance of litigation sources and the work of diversified dispute resolution.”
Zhang Xifeng requested that we should pay more attention to the guidance of strong foundations, continuously improve grassroots judicial capabilities, and actively explore new ways for the development of people’s courts in the new era; we should continue to deepen digital reforms, comprehensively strengthen the construction of “shared court e-stations”, and systematically reshape grassroots social governance.
