According to CCTV news, at 23:47 on August 27, books on the balcony of Room 101, Unit 1, Building 19, Yuyuantan South Road, Haidian District, Beijing caught fire. The fire department quickly arrived at the scene for disposal. The fire was extinguished at 0:17 on the 28th. An elderly wounded was rescued at the scene and was sent to Fuxing Hospital, where he died after rescue.
