For this reason, the Laoshan Market Supervision Bureau conducted a surprise inspection of the store. During the inspection, supervisors did not find any violations.
On the morning of August 23, law enforcement officers from the Maidao Office of the Market Supervision Administration of Laoshan District came to the Fat Geliang Crab Pot (Liqun Jinding Store) at No. 83 Haier Road to conduct a full-scale surprise inspection of the shop. After on-site inspection, the store’s license is complete, and the “Food Business Permit” is within the validity period. The food materials used by the store have complete and detailed records of the materials for requesting evidence, purchase inspection, business premises disinfection, kitchen disinfection, and cold dish room disinfection.
The law enforcement officers carefully inspected the back kitchen and found that the potatoes, meat and other ingredients in the store were properly stored. No stale, moldy, expiration date, or overnight crabs were found. The shop manager explained that the crabs that were not sold out on the day of the shop would be eaten as employee dinners, so new crabs were purchased for business every day.

Subsequently, the law enforcement officers focused on the detailed check of the crab’s purchase bills and confirmed that the crabs in the shop basically maintained daily purchases.
According to reports, the Laoshan District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau will carry out special food safety inspections for similar Internet celebrity restaurants. Stores that find problems during the inspection will strictly follow the “four strictest” principles of food safety supervision, and file a case for strict investigation and punishment.
