According to data, Song Taiping, 65, has been working since March 1975. He worked in Baixiang County, Xingtai City, and Renxian (now Renze District) in his early years. He used to be Deputy Secretary-General of Xingtai Prefectural Committee and Director of Integrity Office ( Director-level), serving as secretary of the county party committee and other posts. Since December 1997, Song Taiping has served as Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Personnel Department, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group, and Director of the Office of the Provincial Organization Committee. He was appointed Secretary of the Zhangjiakou Municipal Party Committee in November 2006 and Baoding in January 2008. Party Secretary. In April 2017, Yang Chongyong, then Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Hebei Provincial People’s Congress, was reviewed and was opened in July of the same year. He was accused of applying for fake IDs and using them to leave the country privately, concealing changes in his marriage from the organization for a long time, polluting the political ecology of Hebei Province.
In December 2017, Zhang Jiehui, then deputy director of the Hebei Provincial People’s Congress, was under review. In February of the following year, Zhang Jiehui was double-opened. He was accused of having serious thoughts on privileges, engaging in non-organizational activities such as canvassing for the promotion of deputy provincial-level leading cadres, and selling officials for a long time, which severely damaged the political ecology of the area where he served.
In September 2018, Yang Chongyong was sentenced to life imprisonment for accepting bribes. The court found that he illegally received and asked for property equivalent to more than 206 million yuan.
In July 2020, Zhang Jiehui was sentenced to 15 years in prison for taking bribes. The court found that he had solicited or illegally received property equivalent to more than 127 million yuan.
Song Taiping is Li Zhanshu’s rival?

He was quite embarrassed and wandered in a deputy ministerial post for 15 years.
Li Zhanshu was transferred to the deputy head of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee’s Rural Work Leading Group in December 1997. He was even removed from the Provincial Party Committee Secretary-General and served as a short standing committee member. He was only named as the deputy leader of the Provincial Party Committee’s Rural Work Leading Group.
On March 1, 2000, Li Zhen, who was once the secretary of Wei Gao, was “double-regulated” when he was appointed as the director of the Hebei Provincial State Taxation Bureau.
In August 2003, Cheng Weigao, the former Secretary of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Provincial People’s Congress, was expelled from the party and revoked his provincial status after a review by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection for “serious violations of discipline.” On December 28, 2010, Cheng Weigao died of illness in Changzhou at the age of 78. Cheng Weigao’s son, Cheng Muyang, fled to Canada in August 2000 in relation to the Li Zhen case.
