Specifically, today, the temperature in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Inner Mongolia and other places is very low. The lowest temperature in some places has even fallen below the freezing point. A pair of long trousers is really not enough to withstand the cold weather.
In most of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Shanxi, Shaanxi and other places, the highest temperature will drop to around 15℃ in the strong north wind, the wind chill effect is obvious, and the body temperature is lower.
However, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and other places will be disturbed by rainy weather. “Long trousers + umbrella” is a must for going out.
On the 17th, the coldest morning in many places in the north and south will usher in the coldest morning. The lowest temperature will be the lowest in the second half of the year, and the long trousers in most areas north of the Yangtze River have been completely “unblocked.”
