Kidnapping or staging? The kidnapping of a 25-year-old boy, Patrick Sam Kourosh Demilecamps, freed by the carabinieri in Monte San Giusto, a small town in the province of Macerata, on the night between Wednesday and Thursday remains a mystery.

The boy would be locked up in a dark room, barefoot, poorly fed, tied to a ladder and segregated by four very young boys – three men and a woman – all between 18 and 22 years old.
