The gang members who tried to communicate with the outside, throwing “wilas” from the windows of the Mariona prison, were placed by the agents of Penal Centers in punishment cells, to be taken in the next few hours to the Terrorism Confinement Center ( CECOT), where they will not cause any kind of damage again.
The Order Maintenance Unit (UMO), together with custodians of Penal Centers, carried out a search inside the prison compound where each cell has been sealed, to detect any illegal object with which the gang members can communicate with the outside.
Following a video that circulated on social networks of gang members inside the prison trying to communicate with the outside, the cell windows have been sealed.
In addition, the PNC reported the capture of Luz María Portales Chávez, who appears in a video collecting the messages thrown by gang members from the windows of the Mariona Prison. “We seized the wila, which contained orders to commit crimes,” the authorities reported.
