LONGARONE. Confirmations and news for the next edition of the international artisan ice cream exhibition: Mig will return from November 28th to December 1st with important collaborations. Among the novelties, the focus will be on the world of chocolate in particular: an area dedicated to chocolate and pastry making in the ice cream parlor will be set up, with numerous demonstrations, exhibitions and insights also by partner companies. Particularly enthusiastic about the collaboration also Dario Olivier, coordinator of the Fair and president of the association of Italian ice cream makers in Germany (Uniteis) who has been aiming for a long time to seasonally adjust the activities with the confectionery and chocolate shop.
“Confartigianato confectionery”, declares the president Massimo Rivoltini, “will start a close collaboration with Longarone Fiere for the organization of demonstration and training events organized by its professional artisans and aimed at ice cream makers to improve their knowledge useful for expanding the areas of their production. . It will also undertake to contribute to the creation of a chocolate competition reserved for ice cream makers, promoting the initiative at national level among the members and participating with its managers in the composition of the jury that will select the participants and award the best work “.
“It is essential to work together with trade associations”, adds the president of the Fiera organization, Gian Angelo Bellati, “in particular with those who are our members, one of the decisive points for the economic development of the area and for the role of the Fair itself. . On this occasion, we can only see with great satisfaction the collaboration with the national Confartigianato, which plays a very important role not only in the ice cream sector, but also in the confectionery and chocolate industry ».
