On the day in which Germany takes 164 migrants from Italy who landed on our shores in recent weeks, effectively restarting the European redistribution mechanism that had stalled, surprisingly Italy seems to change its strategy and grant the port of disembarkation to two of the humanitarian vessels waiting with more than 500 migrants on board.
