Montalto, cyclist falls and is injured on the path of the Pistono lake: saved by the mountain rescue

First intervention of the year for the volunteers of the Ivrea station. Victim of a 49-year-old from Parella

MONTALTO DORA. The volunteers of the Ivrea station intervened this afternoon in support of the ambulance, to rescue an injured 49-year-old cyclist, residing in Parella. While walking the path that surrounds Lake Pistono, he fell badly, causing injuries and suspected fractures. Reached by the rescuers, he was stabilized and transported on the ambulance, on the nearby carriage road and from there translated to the Ivrea hospital.
