MONTANARO
The Regional Administrative Court for Piedmont (Second Section) with a sentence published on 4 January gave reason to the Municipality of Montanaro in the appeal presented by the company Iliad for the lack of authorization for the installation of a radio base station. “The Municipality has the right to plan the arrival of new mobile phone antennas within its territory – says the mayor of Montanaro Giovanni Ponchia -, both as a localization plan approved by the city council, and as a sharing with the representatives elected by the citizens.
