Accident on Sp1 around 17.30, road blocked to land the helicopter
I WANT YOU Two injured motorcyclists and Sp1 bis road blocked for a long time due to a collision between a motorcycle and a car which took place at Caorera, on the other side of the Piave compared to the Scalon accident which cost the lives of two centaurs.
The second serious accident occurred at approximately 5.30 pm on Sunday 12 June, while traffic on the Sp1 bis “Madonna del Piave” was still heavily conditioned by the closure of the Feltrina. For reasons that are being verified by the Feltre traffic police officers, the motorcycle with two centaurs of Lombard origin on board collided with a car. The impact was very violent, with the bike smashing into the left side of the car.
The two people riding the motorcycle got the worst of it. To rescue them, the Suem di Pieve di Cadore helicopter took off, while an ambulance was also leaving from the Feltre emergency room. The firefighters who rushed from Feltre with the volunteers of the Lower Feltrino area, secured the vehicles that ended up off the road and collaborated with the health workers to rescue the couple on board the motorbike

The two injured were stabilized by Suem health personnel and transferred to hospital, one in Belluno by helicopter and the other in Feltre by ambulance. The road during the rescue was blocked to allow the air ambulance to land. The traffic police diverted the traffic and carried out the findings of the accident. The Sp1 bis was completely reopened for transit around 7pm.
