Movicentro, Municipality and RFI close to the agreement

There is a draft for the granting of the surface right which should be extended by another 10 years, until 2040

IVREA. The intricate story of the Movicentro and the adjacent spaces seems to be one step away from the solution. At the end of December the Municipality entrusted the notary Sergio D’Arrigo with the task (7,600 euros) for the drafting of the deeds aimed at establishing the surface right. This is a draft that will be submitted to RFI by the end of January, which since 2004 has never granted the Municipality the surface right.
