Torretta and Misterbianco also disbanded for the mafia to vote

(ANSA) – PALERMO, OCTOBER 24 – Seats open from 7:00 this morning in the eight Sicilian municipalities with more than 15,000 inhabitants where the voters are called to vote to elect the mayors in the ballot. It is Vittoria, in the province of Ragusa; Favara, Porto Empedocle and Canicattì, in the province of Agrigento; Adrano, in the Catania area; Lentini and Rosolini, in the Syracuse area and San Cataldo, in the province of Caltanissetta. We also vote in the two municipalities dissolved for mafia: Torretta (Palermo) and Misterbianco (Catania). The polling stations will close at 22:00 and will reopen from 7:00 to 15:00 tomorrow in the eight municipalities in the ballot, while in the two municipalities dissolved for mafia voting is only on Sunday.
