With the polls still open, three candidates for mayors are sure of their seats: Luigi Sergio Ricca (Bollengo), Domenico Aimonino (Noasca) and Sergio Bartoli (Ozegna), all outgoing, have in fact been confirmed: the quorum of 40 percent has in fact been exceeded. of voters. To be precise, 54.2% in Bollengo, 72.8% in Noasca, 66.83% in Ozegna.

The polls closed at 3 pm on Monday, then the counting operations.

It should be noted that at least twenty wrong ballots arrived at the Cuorgnè polling stations. These are cards intended for the administrative offices of Volpiano which, by mistake, were sent to Cuorgnè. The problem was noticed on Sunday morning by a voter who, at the polling station set up in elementary schools, entered the booth to vote and found the ballot with the lists and candidates for mayor of Volpiano. Subsequent checks made it possible to recover at least twenty wrong cards.

In terms of turnout, here are the definitive data in some towns in the Canavese area: in Cuorgnè 60.78%, in Albiano 61.7, 66.1% in Cuceglio, 59% in Feletto, 56.7% in Volpiano.

In Canavese there is also a vote in Borgomasino, Brosso, Caravino, Frassinetto, Lusigliè, Noasca, Pertusio, Ronco, Settimo Rottaro.
