These 16 cases were all in Nanjing City, 15 in Jiangning District, and 1 in Lishui District, and they were all airport staff and close contacts.
Up to now, official statistics have accumulated 35 local confirmed cases in Nanjing and 18 local asymptomatic infections.

The latest progress shows that on July 23, a confirmed case of CCP pneumonia returned from Nanjing was found in Mianyang, Sichuan.
The Mianyang Health Commission of the Communist Party of China in Sichuan reported on July 24 that on the afternoon of July 23, in the investigation of personnel coming (returning) to or from the middle and high-risk areas of Nanjing City, one case was found to be positive for the initial nucleic acid screening, but it was still positive after review.
The case is a 26-year-old Yang (female). She is a financial officer of a company on Huike Road, Wujia Town, Fucheng District, Mianyang City. She currently lives in the company dormitory. Yang once took Lucky Air Flight 8L9708 back to Mianyang from Nanjing Lukou International Airport on July 17, and then his husband drove him back to the company dormitory. In the local evening, I dine at Sansheng III Buffet Restaurant (Advocating International).
Between July 19th and 20th, Yang worked at the company. On the morning of July 21, Yang took a nucleic acid test after receiving the investigation notice, and the result was negative. In the afternoon, Yang felt unwell, and her husband drove her to the community health service station on Wenyue East Road, Chengnan, Jingkai District, with a body temperature of 37.8°C. He then went to the fever clinic and returned to the dormitory.
On the morning of July 22, Yang did not leave the dormitory, but went to the Yang Yunhua Individual Clinic in the Economic Development Zone in the evening. About an hour later, he and her husband had a meal in our small kitchen, and then drove back to the dormitory.
On the morning of July 23, Yang had another nucleic acid test at Mianyang 404 Hospital and it was found to be positive, and then he was transferred to the Fenggu Branch of Mianyang 404 Hospital for isolation and treatment.
In addition to Sichuan, the Gansu Provincial Health and Health Commission reported on July 23 that on July 23, when investigating personnel coming to Gankou at Nanjing Shekou Airport, it was found that a student at a school in Yuzhong had a positive result of a nucleic acid test.
